Island Vacation Home

LCD, Inc. has completed their very first island vacation home! It is truly a personal oasis for our clients with breathtaking panoramic views of the island's harbor. A modern raw beauty with an eclectic flare where "Green Design" was taken very seriously, because every drop of water on the island counts. 

To incorporate "Green Design," tank-less water heaters, energy efficient windows, and solar panels were installed to save on electricity. The island is currently in Stage 3 water rationing, this mandates a 50% reduction in water use by residents and businesses. To achieve the levels of reduction low flow shower valves, faucets, and toilets were placed throughout the house to help cut the gallons of water with every use. "Grey Water" cisterns were also installed to harvest, store and reuse rain water, for landscape use only.
